Neil is an experienced artist, often painting outdoors on location and with a style rooted in the Impressionist era. He has been professionally painting—and framing art for Sivertson Gallery—for decades, and is ready to help you frame your art to perfection. He assembles paper, canvas, and metal prints, cuts mats and glass, and frames all types of art in our Grand Marais location.
