The 2020 Cape Dorset Print Collection has arrived!
We are once again thrilled to be named the United States host gallery for this unique print collection.
Since 1959, Kinngait Studios has released a collection of prints from artists of the far north. These artists have channelled their creativity into prints representing the Inuit way of life, and they have earned a worldwide reputation for quality and originality.
The 2020 limited edition original prints will be available for sale at Sivertson Gallery starting October 17, 2020. If you’d like to own any of these beautiful images, you can reserve your print now. We have only two prints of each image available (edition numbers 2 & 4), and they sell quickly.

In celebration of this new print collection, get 25% off all Inuit/Arctic sculpture and carvings in our online shop
In celebration of our 40th anniversary year, we had hoped to hold a bigger and better-than-ever 2020 Inuit Premiere event. Our Sivertson Inuit Premieres have become widely anticipated customer favorites as we bring together artists from the far north and artists from Grand Marais, hold artist demonstrations in our local studios, and engage our community from young students to elderly citizens. Sadly, it is still not possible to safely gather and because of restrictions, our Canadian partners are not yet able to travel to the United States.
Instead, we’ll hold a virtual celebration by offering 25% off all Inuit/Arctic sculpture & carvings on our website (2020 Cape Dorset prints not included in sale). Use code Inuit3D during checkout to receive your discount on our wide-ranging selection of stone and ivory sculptures and carvings made by Canadian and Alaskan artists of the far north. The 25% off sale is good through our entire anniversary year and extends until December 31, 2020.
As the weather turns to fall, we can enjoy the season and anticipate winter — and what better way than to enjoy this beautiful art from the far north? Whether a cozy walrus, a boastful owl, a massive bowhead, or a gaggle of geese…all spirits come alive in these prints and sculptures. Enjoy!
